Terms of Service

Phase-0 staging — last updated 2026-04-28

1. The service

TSA is a counter-surveillance platform operated by Strategic Advice Group SRL ("we", "us"). It correlates pseudonymised radio observations from agents you install on your own devices to detect potentially hostile co-presence patterns.

During Phase-0 (staging) the service is provided as-is for evaluation. No SLA, no warranty of detection accuracy, no guarantee of availability. You may not rely on TSA as your sole indication of physical surveillance.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and resident in a jurisdiction where operating an RF-observing client device is lawful. Phase-0 access is further restricted to Romania (RO) by IP geolocation.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Run TSA agents on hardware you do not own or have permission to operate;
  • Submit fabricated, replayed, or manipulated sighting data;
  • Attempt to deanonymise other users' observations;
  • Probe, scan, or interfere with the service infrastructure;
  • Use TSA to target specific identified individuals — its purpose is detection of surveillance directed at you, not surveillance of others.

4. Account security

Authentication is exclusively passkey-based (WebAuthn). You are responsible for the physical and logical security of any device that holds a registered passkey. Lost-device recovery uses a salted-hash of the recovery email you set; if both are unavailable, the account cannot be restored.

5. Data handling

Data handling is governed by our Privacy Notice, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

TSA, its source where published, the brand and the underlying detection models remain the property of Strategic Advice Group SRL. Your account data and the observations submitted by your agents remain yours.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion is permanent and cascades through associated sightings, sessions, and credentials within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Romanian law, our aggregate liability for any claim related to the service in Phase-0 is limited to the fees you have paid us — which during staging is zero.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Bucharest, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply in your country of residence.
